Xfinity Motors began in 2009 with one workshop in south London and a simple frustration: buying a used car in Britain was needlessly adversarial. Prices moved at the desk. History was something you asked about rather than something you were shown. We built the dealership we wanted to buy from.
What we actually do
We buy carefully and sell honestly. Every car is sourced by people who drive them, inspected against a documented checklist, and photographed properly before it appears on this site. If a car has a gap in its history or a mark on a panel, that goes in the listing — you should not discover it in the car park.
Why the boring parts matter
A used car is the second-largest purchase most households make, and almost all of the risk sits in paperwork nobody enjoys reading. So we do that part properly: HPI checks on every vehicle, mileage verified against the MOT record, V5C transferred with the DVLA before you drive away, and a warranty valid at any UK garage rather than only at ours.
The people
Fourteen of us across eight sites — sales, workshop and preparation. Nobody here works on commission, which is why you will not be steered toward the car with the best margin. If we do not have what you need this week, we would rather tell you and call when we do.
