The questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, call us on the number in the footer or send a message — a real person answers.

Yes. A refundable £99 deposit holds any car for seven days and takes it off sale immediately. If you decide against it for any reason, the deposit is returned in full to the card that paid it, usually within two working days.

Every car goes through a documented multi-point inspection before it is listed, covering mechanical condition, tyres, brakes, electrics and bodywork. We also run an HPI check for outstanding finance, insurance write-offs, mileage discrepancies and theft markers. Both reports are yours on request, before you commit to anything.

We verify recorded mileage against the MOT history and the service record, and the HPI check flags any discrepancy in the national mileage register. Where a car's history has a gap we say so on the listing rather than leaving you to find out.

Yes — Hire Purchase and Personal Contract Purchase through a panel of UK lenders. We are a credit broker, not a lender. A soft-search quote does not affect your credit score, and we show the total amount payable and the APR before you sign anything.

Every car includes a minimum three-month parts-and-labour warranty, extendable at the point of sale. It is valid at any VAT-registered garage in the UK, so you are not tied to returning here for repairs. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Yes, anywhere in mainland Britain. Delivery is arranged for a date that suits you and the car arrives taxed, valeted and with a full tank. You have the same right to reject it on delivery as you would collecting in person.

A full UK driving licence, proof of address dated within the last three months, and the payment method. If you are financing, bring proof of income as well — we will tell you exactly which documents the lender wants before you travel.

Around forty-five minutes. We walk you through the service history, the warranty terms and the controls, transfer the V5C to your name with the DVLA electronically, and make sure the car is taxed before you drive away.

Call us first. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have thirty days to reject a car that is not of satisfactory quality, and we honour that without argument. Beyond thirty days the warranty applies, and we would still rather hear from you than have you fight a claims line.
